Terms of Service
Scope of services
LaunchOps provides B2B website, automation, CRM, workflow, AI receptionist planning, lead capture, appointment booking, payment handoff, and consulting services for service businesses. Specific deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal, statement of work, or written project agreement.
Proposals and statements of work
A project begins only after the client approves the relevant scope and payment terms. Proposals may describe deliverables, timeline assumptions, client responsibilities, third-party tools, exclusions, support terms, and revision limits.
Payment terms
Payment timing, deposits, milestones, retainers, subscriptions, or support fees are defined in the project agreement or invoice. Work may be paused if payments are late, required access is missing, or approvals are delayed.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, approvals, legal or compliance review where needed, access to approved tools, account permissions, timely feedback, and lawful use of any configured system.
Third-party tools
LaunchOps may configure or integrate third-party tools such as forms, CRMs, automation platforms, analytics, AI voice tools, ad platforms, websites, booking tools, or payment providers. Clients remain responsible for third-party accounts, fees, provider approvals, terms, usage rules, and data handled by those platforms.
LaunchOps is not affiliated with Stripe, Square, PayPal, Google, Meta, Vapi, Retell, Zapier, Make, or other third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
No promised business outcome
LaunchOps does not promise a specific number of inquiries, booked jobs, search positions, advertising approvals, platform approvals, sales, revenue, profit, or other business outcome. Results depend on many factors, including market demand, offer quality, traffic, budget, competition, customer behavior, staff response, and third-party platform decisions.
Acceptable use
LaunchOps provides B2B website, automation, CRM, workflow, and consulting services. LaunchOps does not provide unsolicited telemarketing, robocalling, debt collection, financial services, bill payment services, or regulated payment processing services. Any third-party tools are configured according to the client's approved use case and applicable provider terms.
Clients may not use LaunchOps work for unlawful activity, deceptive marketing, unauthorized outreach, spam, harassment, prohibited goods or services, or activity that violates provider terms.
Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the client receives rights to the final delivered website files, approved copy, and workflow documentation created specifically for the client after applicable payments are completed. LaunchOps may retain rights to pre-existing methods, templates, internal processes, know-how, and reusable components.
Revisions and delays
Revision rounds and timelines depend on the accepted scope. Delays in content, feedback, access, approvals, third-party reviews, or payments may extend timelines and affect launch dates.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the project scope, payment structure, work completed, third-party costs, and support agreement. Work already completed or delivered may not be refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to the website, workflows, third-party tools, platform decisions, outages, or business results.
